Outside of the therapy room, I’m a married mom of two teenagers and the proud human of two wonderfully neurotic dogs. I find joy in reading, cooking, and spending time in nature. I love a good binge-worthy series, my perfectly imperfect mindfulness practice, and discovering new ways to understand the world around me. I’m endlessly curious—a trait that serves me well as both a therapist and a lifelong learner—and as someone with ADHD, I deeply understand what it’s like to navigate a busy mind in a busy world. These experiences help me connect authentically with my clients, reminding me that growth, humor, and self-compassion are all part of the healing journey.
